Medina works with various private and public sector clients to provide structural engineering services related to residential, educational, commercial and industrial buildings.
BUILDING DESIGN & INSPECTION GROUP
The Medina Structural Group has a tremendous level of experience with providing full design services for new buildings or renovation projects. We also have the understanding of design and delivery requirements for design-build projects as well as the experience to perform a feasibility study and to define the correct scope of work. Our team possesses the knowledge necessary to develop a new program for restructuring spaces to fit into a new context and environment as well as the knowledge of the engineering infrastructure required to support new programs.
Our group of seasoned construction and field administrators brings the knowledge and disciplines to close out projects developed by others and to solve all construction and occupancy challenges by working closely with local jurisdictions and contractors. The final measure is a satisfied client who has experienced our depth of resources, quality design, technically superior documents and project leadership.
We have designed dozens of projects and provided the services necessary to create program studies and designs for renovation, rehabilitation and new construction by utilizing design and design-build delivery methods. Our involvement is not complete until the building is occupied and post occupancy review is complete as part of our total quality improvement process. Our design team has experience and working knowledge of Green building technologies and sustainable design principles.
The Structural Group has a high level of experience in the development of feasibility studies for renovation, retrofit and modernization, as well as the design of new spaces and building systems infrastructure upgrades. We also provide full design services for new schools and understand the requirements for designing classrooms, libraries, cafeterias, gymnasiums, auditoriums, science / technology labs and administrative office spaces.
