In order to better meet the needs of this important client, we created the Federal Programs Group, cultivated from a combination of talent, experience and a desire to excel in a heavily congested marketplace.

Medina’s Federal Programs Group is a dedicated, full-time team to support FEMA in its mission to reduce physical and economic loss from disasters through its national Flood Map Modernization and RiskMAP (Mapping, Assessment and Mitigation Planning) initiatives. Our relationship with FEMA has grown to support Regions I, II and III, covering New England, the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
We designed multiple projects for the NPS to increase their visibility, revenue and public support. Medina developed beachfront sites, associated parking and travel ways while remaining sensitive to the surrounding historical, cultural and environmental elements of the site.
Medina provided support for the USACE New York and Philadelphia Districts and is currently broadening our reach to cover the entire North Atlantic Division. Our team also supported improvements to various sites operated by the USACE, US Air Force and NAVFAC, such as Picatinny Arsenal, McGuire Air Force Base and Lakehurst Naval Engineering Station. Our services included surveying, engineering and environmental approvals.
