Our staff includes professional engineers with more than twenty years of experience in these design aspects and in pavement design, traffic engineering, access studies, geotechnical engineering, foundation design and environmental permitting. With an extensive staff and the additional services of surveying and mapping, construction inspection and construction management in-house, Medina has the expertise and capability to prepare complete roadway construction documents for the public or private sector. Our clients include state DOT’s, turnpike authorities, bridge commissions, counties and major cities.
