Medina’s mission is to provide innovative, cost effective solutions to meet the project objectives. This is accomplished by teaming with all of the participants in a project from the owner or developer, the architect, the contractor and other professionals during all stages of a project.

Our innovation begins early in the design phase; we brainstorm various ideas to minimize the impact on the environment, increase the well-being of facility occupants and maximize return on investment for the project owners. Through the implementation of holistic design processes, we work with the design team to keep sustainability at the forefront of the project. Our experience includes parks and recreational facilities and in-house experience in landscape design.

Our ability to “Think Green” started two decades ago and has advanced ahead of the market shift in sustainability within the design and construction industry. We achieve project goals by identifying and addressing key sustainable factors in site design including ensuring runoff water quality, minimizing impervious surfaces, heat island effect and light pollution, and designing low maintenance landscape features, alternative energy and transportation ideas.

Our high level of commitment to “Think Green” is evident in our support of the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED Green Building Rating System. Our staff includes members of the USGBC and LEED Accredited Professionals.
